By placing an order with R&R Treasures, you agree to the policies outlined below. Please review carefully prior to purchase.

All items are made-to-order and customized specifically for each customer.

🧵 Production & Turnaround

All embroidery and personalized items require 7–10 business days for production before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping time is separate from production time.

Production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or modified except as outlined below.

No Rush Orders

Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our embroidery process, rush production is not available.

We do not guarantee delivery by specific dates unless explicitly agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

Customers are responsible for placing orders early enough to accommodate production and shipping timelines.

✨ Personalization Details

Customers are solely responsible for:

Correct spelling of names, initials, and dates
Entering accurate personalization details
Selecting appropriate thread colors, fonts, and placement options if available

Orders are stitched exactly as submitted.

Submission of an order confirms that all personalization details have been reviewed and approved by the customer.

R&R Treasures is not responsible for customer-submitted errors. Failure to review personalization details before checkout does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or remake.

Personalization Preview Disclaimer

Any digital mockups or previews provided are for general layout reference only.

Actual embroidered results may vary slightly due to:

Thread thickness and stitch density
Fabric type and garment construction
Machine calibration and tension
Screen display color differences

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept minor variations inherent to the embroidery process.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of personalized merchandise:

All personalized items are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Customer spelling errors
Incorrect personalization details submitted
Dissatisfaction with size, color choice, or design preference

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

The item arrives damaged
A production error occurred on our part

Claims must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery, including clear photographic evidence.

R&R Treasures reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these criteria.

🚚 Shipping

Once production is complete, orders are shipped via the carrier selected at checkout.

R&R Treasures is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Order Modifications

Requests for order modifications must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Modification requests apply only to shipping address corrections or full order cancellation.

Changes to personalization details — including but not limited to names, dates, thread colors, fonts, sizing, or placement — are not permitted once the order has been placed.

After 24 hours, cancellations and address changes are not guaranteed due to production scheduling.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting R&R Treasures to resolve an issue may result in a formal dispute response including documented order details, personalization confirmation, policy acknowledgment, and production records.
